The Harvard Graduate School of Education launched the multidisciplinary Doctor of Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) Program in 2010 to develop system-level leaders who will work across a range of organizations and roles to transform education in order to realize educational excellence and equity for preK-12 school students in the United States. Our nearly 100 Ed.L.D. graduates are stationed in 24 states nationwide and working in 70+ organizations including in non-profits, schools and school systems, state departments of education, foundations, mission-based for-profits and higher education organizations.
